We only collect the data we need to handle your order and to run the shop, and we do not sell it.

1. Who is responsible

Meiden met een Missie V.O.F., Deijlerweg 68, 2241 AH Wassenaar, KvK 67888240, denknupositief@gmail.com, is responsible for your personal data in this webshop.

2. What we collect and why

  • Name, address, email and phone number if you give it: to process and deliver your order and contact you about it (basis: agreement).
  • Payment details and order history: to take payment, issue invoices and keep our accounts (basis: agreement and legal duty).
  • Messages you send us: to answer your question (basis: legitimate interest).
  • Email address for the newsletter, if you sign up: to send news about KI. (basis: consent).
  • Browser and device data through cookies: to keep the shop working and understand its use (basis: consent, or necessary for the shop).

3. Who receives your data

Our webshop runs on Shopify, which stores the shop data and processes payments. Carriers get your name, address and contact details to deliver the parcel. Our accountant or bookkeeping tool gets invoice data. These parties may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data. Shopify may also use data from the shop to improve its own services and to prevent fraud.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. Messages are deleted after we have dealt with them. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that the shop needs to work, and cookies for statistics or marketing only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for details and for how to change your choice.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we answer within one month.

7. Complaints

If we cannot solve it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page is the current one.
