Terms of Service

These terms apply to every visit to the KI. wear the flow webshop and every order placed in it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

KI. wear the flow is a brand of Meiden met een Missie V.O.F., Deijlerweg 68, 2241 AH Wassenaar, The Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 67888240. VAT number: 857214287B02. Email: denknupositief@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

We show our kimonos as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Products that are sold out cannot be ordered. We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions, and if an order is affected we will contact you before we process it.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is a binding offer when you complete checkout. The agreement is made when we confirm your order by email. You pay at checkout with one of the payment methods offered there. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the Netherlands only. We send your order within 1 to 2 business days and you receive a Track & Trace code by email. Delivery times given in the shop are an estimate. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you can end the agreement and we refund what you paid.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after you receive it. Tell us by email, then send the item back within 14 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with its tags. You pay the cost of the return shipping. We refund the purchase price, and the standard shipping we charged, within 14 days after we receive the item or your proof of return. We may deduct for a loss of value caused by handling that goes beyond trying the item on.

6. Defects and complaints

We deliver products that match the description and are of the quality you can reasonably expect. If something is wrong, contact us within a reasonable time after you notice it. We will repair, replace or refund the item. Your legal rights under Dutch consumer law stay in place.

7. Intellectual property

The name KI. wear the flow, the logo, photos, texts and designs belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage that is caused by our intent or gross negligence, and for what the law says we cannot exclude. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our control.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to the court where you live. Please contact us first so that we can try to find a solution together.
